This upward view from the base of a tall Eucalyptus at night reminds me of neural networks. The branches dissolving into the night as if the tree was drawing thoughts from the sky.

A cockroach can run up to about 50 body lengths per second. If a human moved at that proportional speed, it would be like sprinting hundreds of kilometres per hour.
