Martin Tutko

🧑🏻‍💻 A few words about myself

I’m best known (at least among my friends) as a product designer by profession, utilitarian by heart, and transcendentalist by hobby. I love coffee, hiking, reading, writing, learning — mostly about design, cognitive biases and science in general — and of course pizza 🍕.. but who doesn’t? 😜

📚 Reading and ✍🏼 writing

I love reading and here is what I read recently.

Occasionally I share my thoughts on design and other topics on this website or Medium.

For those curious about design, technology and science from more philosophical perspective, feel free to subscribe to my RSS feed or newsletter. (I promise I won’t be spamming you, nothing except casual notification on when I published a new article.)

📇 Publishing

Check out my “Designer’s Guide to Cognitive Biases” notebook on Amazon – a concise collection of cognitive biases, each with a brief suggestion for a product designers. It was created as a practical notepad for product managers, marketers and designers to explore and document their insights into cognitive biases.

🤙🏼 Contact

If you would like to talk, work with me, or exchange ideas, feel free to reach out. I’m always happy to connect with like-minded, curious and entrepreneurial people and discuss interesting ideas together.

Email (contact [at] martintutko [dot] com) or Linkedin are the best ways to connect with me. (Sorry, I’m a bit old-fashioned that way.😇)

Social Media (X, Threads, BlueSky)

You can also find me on social media where I’m consistently inactive and ignoring most of the noise. However, occasionally I do reply to interesting comments and always to people who reach out. Just be yourself and be human 🙂 You can find me on LinkedinX, which I still prefer to call TwitterBlueSky and Threads.

💼 For headhunters and entrepreneurial folks

If you are a recruiter or a potential client and want to learn more about what I do as a product designer, formerly also a marketer and a website developer, feel free to email me (contact [at] martintutko [dot] com) or connect with me on Linkedin. I’m happy to share more information about what I do, my experience and portfolio with you.

Alternatively, you can read more about my experience here.
